Bluetooth Connection Troubleshooting

The ProNav Angler system is designed to operate 100% off grid without the hassle of cellular service connectivity issues. With this in mind, the ProNav system utilizes a Bluetooth connection to link your phone, Motion Controller, and ProNav together.

If you are losing Bluetooth connection, try the following steps:

  1. Ensure Bluetooth is turned on with your device
    1. Settings>Bluetooth>*ON*
  2. Clear your Bluetooth Cache (Android)
    1. Go to Settings
    2. Select “Application manager”
    3. Display system apps (you may need to either swipe left/right to choose from the menu in the top right corner)
    4. Select “Bluetooth” from the now larger list of applications
    5. Select “Storage”
    6. Tap “Clear Cache”
    7. Go back to home page
    8. Restart Device
      **Every device is different as such, steps may vary. If these steps don’t align with your device, simply google “How to clear Bluetooth Cache on *insert device name*
